Subprocessors

Our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service describe the categories of service providers we use. This page names the specific providers currently in use, so it can be kept up to date independently as vendors change. We’ll update this list when a provider changes; providers that touch Protected Health Information (PHI) are covered under our Microsoft Business Associate Agreement.

• Microsoft Azure Blob Storage — cloud storage provider — stores uploaded files and images (including radiographs) — covered under the Microsoft Business Associate Agreement.
• Microsoft Azure Communication Services — email-delivery provider — sends patient-facing emails (e.g., claim codes, deletion confirmations) — covered under the Microsoft Business Associate Agreement.
